Vendor Agreement
Booth Rental:
Vendor Agreement Organizer agrees to provide Vendor with the designated booth space at the event location as outlined above.Vendor shall be responsible for setting up and maintaining their booth during event hours. Set up will be Saturday morning between 10:00am - 11:45am. There will be no set up during the event.
Payment:
Vendor agrees to pay the agreed upon booth rental fee of $35.00 to Organizer prior to Event. No special arrangements will be made. Payment method is specified on the form above.
Vendor Responsibilities:
Vendor shall ensure that their booth set complies with all safety regulations and requirements. Vendor shall conduct themselves in a professional manner throughout the Health and Wellness Fair Vendor shall be responsible for any damages caused to the Health and Wellness Fair venue or equipment during setup, operation, or teardown. Vendor shall not bring an additional person with them to help sell items without pre approval of event host, Yolanda Pressley. If an additional person is needed they will be charged an additional cost of $25.00.
Indemnification: Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fair Host and Flame of Fire Ministries Covenant Church or agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of Vendor’s participation in the Health and Wellness Fair.
Termination: In the event that the Vendor is no longer able to participate in this event, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
